That Darn Big Sister!

This is what Lil Carter has to put up with on a daily basis.....
The big sister....

He doesn't seem to mind at all though! haha!

Tall enough for the Bumper Cars! Hooray!

Mema Mary came down a couple of Sundays ago and we took the kids back to Funset Blvd. There is so much to do there, the kids love it and it sure beats being stuck at home during these cold months. We didn't even get a chance to go on the carosel or bumper cars last time, and quite frankly I thought Avery was still too short for the bumper cars....but guess what!? My baby is growing up and she was actually a few inches TALLER than the required height! She had so much fun and because we went when it wasn't so busy she got to go on FIVE times in a row without having to wait in line!

Had to add this picture of her on the carasel too....it's the only one I got of her actually looking at us and smiling! She was too busy posing and modeling in the mirror to her left to take the time to look at us and smile! Haha! What a goofy girl! Not sure who she takes after!

The "must have" bathtub pics....

Here's a couple pics I took of Carter playing inthe bathtub. Since he got some new bath toys for Christmas and we brought some new ones out of storage we've had a hard time getting him OUT of the tub at night! He loves splishing and splashing as you can tell by his huge grins!!

A Family New Year

Happy New Year!! This year Jason and I decided to lay low and have a family celebration...we were all in bed by 10! New Year's Eve I made everyone's favorite, Homemade Pizza and bought the kids a bottle of sparkling apple cider. Avery felt like such a little lady drinking it from a wine glass! We watched a movie together as a family after dinner and once Carter was down for the night Avery watched a movie by herself in our room while Jason and I watched the new Batman movie.

New Year's Day we got up and went to Funset Blvd. in Appleton. We LOVE going the Funset, it's not only fun for the kids but it's fun for us too! It's connected to a movie theater and has a huge arcade, carosel, bumper cars, a train, laser tag, restauraunt and soft playground. Jason thought it'd be packed and we almost didn't go, but man am I glad we did! There were maybe 5 other families there...TOTAL! It felt like we owned the whole place!

Oh, she got ate!
